2 c. "Herman"
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 plus 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Mix "Herman", flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and sugar using electric mixer. Add eggs and oil. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into 9 x 13 and 9 x 9 pans.

TOPPINGS:

1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. brown sugar

Mix above ingredients. Sprinkle on top of cakes-will sink-Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

GLAZE:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add rest of ingredients. Boil 5 minutes. Drizzle over cakes as soon as removed from oven.
