HERMAN COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. Herman
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Cinnamon Topping or Brown Sugar Glaze
1 or 2 c. any dried, can, frozen or fresh fruit

Stir together Herman, eggs, flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sugar, oil, salt and fruit. Spread batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Sprinkle topping over batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and pour glaze over top. Cool and serve. 12-15 servings.

CINNAMON TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Cream all together.

BROWN SUGAR GLAZE:

3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk

Boil butter, sugar and milk together for 5 minutes. Pour over top.
