ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can (med.) English peas
1 med. onion (chopped)
1/2 head lettuce (chopped)
10 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise

Spoon 1/2 can of drained English peas into a 1 1/2 quart dish. Spread out evenly. Next put 1/2 of the lettuce over the peas. Then sprinkle 1/2 of the onion over the lettuce. Add 1/2 of the mayonnaise and spread evenly. Repeat all the above steps. Then for a topping you can sprinkle with crushed potato chips, nuts, or seeds.
