PEACH APRICOT PRESERVES 
5 c. crushed peaches
2 c. crushed pineapple
7 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) boxes apricot jello

Combine fruit and sugar. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir well. Place in jars and seal. Can be sealed with wax.
