HAMBURGER - CORN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
24 pitted black olives
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook and stir hamburger, pork, sausage, onion, and garlic until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), corn, olives, chili powder, and salt. Heat to boiling, pour into ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2 inch or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch, or 2 quart casserole.

Mix cornmeal, milk and eggs; pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook in 350 degree oven until golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes. Garnish with black olives and parsley sprigs if desired. 8 servings.
