HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
2 tbsp. catsup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Pinch of parsley
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Brown meat; add onion and bell pepper; cook about 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, catsup and stir. Add seasonings. Simmer meat mixture while mixing cornbread. Prepare Jiffy corn muffin mix as directed on package. Pour over top of meat mixture in skillet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cornbread is done. To serve, turn upside down onto plate so cornbread is on bottom. Serves 5 to 6.
