CORNED BEEF QUICHE 
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 (15 oz.) can corned beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk

Bake the pie shell at 450 degrees for 7 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees. Crumble the corned beef into pie shell.

Top with the cheese, or choice of mixture of different cheese flavors. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over beef and cheese. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool for 25 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.
