CORNED BEEF VON REUBEN 
12 oz. pkg. Brownberry seasoned croutons
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
16 oz. drained sauerkraut
8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 c. milk

Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Layer in pan: 1/2 croutons, beef, kraut, and Cheddar. Top with remaining croutons. Beat eggs and milk; pour over casserole. Bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with Swiss slices and return to oven until melted. Then remove from oven and serve!
