CRANBERRY NUT PUDDING CAKE | |
1 1/4 c. butter 1 lb. sugar 3 eggs 3 c. flour 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 can cranberry sauce 3/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda Scant tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg 1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar, add 3 eggs. Sift flour and the rest of the dry ingredients and add alternately to creamed mixture with 1 1/4 cups buttermilk. Add cranberry sauce and nuts gently. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes a large flat cake. |
