CRAB IMPERIAL 
1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, finely chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. egg
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. crab meat
Mayonnaise for topping with paprika

Mix green pepper and pimento, mustard, salt and pepper, egg and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add crab meat. Mix with fingers gently. Do not break lumps. Place in four individual baking dishes or ramankins. Spread mayonnaise over top in a light coating. Sprinkle with paprika.
