IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 green pepper, finely diced
2 eggs, well beaten (save out 2 tbsp.)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Mix together crab meat, salt, red pepper, green diced pepper, beaten eggs and onions. Fill crab shells or casserole. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to 2 tablespoons beaten eggs and spread on top. Sprinkle with red pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
