IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice (opt.)
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (opt.)
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (opt.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix crab meat, crumbs, celery, green pepper, and beaten egg. Mix separately, the balance of ingredients in mayonnaise; stir in butter. Combine the 2 mixtures. Spoon into cupcake papers. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
