CRAB IMPERIAL 
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper

Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add crab and other ingredients, mixing well. Cook 10 minutes at medium heat; stir frequently.
