CRAB IMPERIAL 
2 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 lbs. crab meat
4 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs, mustard, pepper, crab, pimento, 2 cups mayonnaise and some of the Parmesan. Pour into 2 quart casserole, add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and sprinkle top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until bubbly and brown. Serve with melba toast.
