FAT - FREE GRAVY 
6 tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c. defatted chicken broth
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Pepper

In a saucepan, whisk flour, stock, and poultry seasoning until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until gravy is thickened (about 10 minutes). Season with pepper. Great on mashed potatoes.
