DANISH MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork sausage
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1/2 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. water

Mix first 6 ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown well on all sides over medium heat in butter, a few at a time and put in bowl. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. Into this add your pepper and salt. Gradually add milk and water and cook until thick. Return meatballs to skillet. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
