PORK SAUSAGE GRAVY 
1 lb. ground pork or 1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
Flour

Brown ground pork or pork sausage in skillet until it is dark brown and fine and crumbly. It must be well browned to bring out the flavor. Season the ground pork to taste with salt and pepper. No seasoning necessary for pork sausage. Drain pork in strainer. Drain fat from skillet. Return pork to skillet and add water to 1" to 1 1/2" depth, simmer. Thicken with flour and serve over mashed potatoes, biscuits, waffles or pancakes.
