PORK SAUSAGE RING | |
2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs 1/4 c. minced onions 1 c. peeled, finely chopped apples 2 lbs. bulk pork sausage In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, onions, and apples with the pork sausage. Mix well. Press into a greased 6 1/2 cups mold and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Unmold ring on large serving platter and fill the center with scrambled eggs. Makes a nice dish for a breakfast brunch. |
