TOMATOES STUFFED WITH BROCCOLI 
10-12 sm. tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. onion, grated
4 tbsp. butter
10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
10-12 slices sharp cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice tomatoes in half, remove stems and arrange in baking dish, cut side up. Salt generously. Saute onion in butter. Mix broccoli, onion and grated cheese. Mound broccoli on top of tomatoes. Top with a slice of sharp cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, but watch carefully. Serves 10 to 12.
