BROCCOLI WITH STUFFING 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. herb flavored stuffing mix

Cook broccoli; combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Place a layer of broccoli in a 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Top with prepared stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
