POUR PIZZA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 2/3 c. milk 2 eggs 1 can pizza sauce or tomato sauce (15 oz.) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown meat in skillet. Drain fat, add garlic salt and mix. Combine flour, salt, oregano, milk and eggs; mix until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1). Sprinkle meat on top of batter. Bake 425 degrees about 20 minutes. Combine tomato or pizza sauce with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour over entire pizza; top with cheese. Bake about 5 minutes longer. May be frozen. |
