TEA COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Extra powdered sugar

In medium bowl, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Mix in flour and salt until well blended. Add the nuts, mixing well. Cover and chill 1 hour. Shape into marble sized balls. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until set, but not brown. While still warm, roll into powdered sugar. Let cool. Roll in sugar, again.
