1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Extra dish of sugar

Mix sugar, powdered sugar, butter, oil, vanilla, and eggs together. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Roll into 1 inch balls. Dip a flat bottomed glass into a dish of sugar. Press the balls flat onto an ungreased cookie sheet, using the glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen delicious cookies.
