BETTER POPCORN BALLS | |
8-10 qts. popped corn 1 c. cream 2 c. sugar 1 c. molasses Place popped corn in large bowl. In saucepan, combine cream, sugar and molasses. Bring to a boil, stir once and cook to soft ball (236 degrees) stage. Pour over popped corn, stirring to coat each kernel. Form into balls. Serves 1 (24 times). |
