BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. boiling salted water
2 c. milk
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)

Cook broccoli and onion in the boiling salted water until tender. Do not drain. Stir in milk and soup; heat through. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool slightly. Place HALF AT A TIME in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve at once! HOT!!!! Makes 4 servings.
