WARM SPINACH SALAD | |
1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 lb. spinach, torn into bite size pieces 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. sugar 3/4 tsp. salt In 4 quart saucepan over medium high heat, cook mushroom s, until tender in salad oil, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add spinach, cider vinegar, prepared mustard, sugar, and salt. Gently toss to coat well. Makes 6 servings. |
