QUICK TEXAS CHILI 
3 lbs. ground beef
5 c. water
3 oz. (1 pkg.) Ben's chili mix
Salt to taste
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans (optional)

Brown ground beef in skillet. Salt to taste. Drain off excess fat and transfer beef to stew pan. Add water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add Ben's chili mix. Add beans, if desired. Stir. Let simmer 20 minutes. (If thinner consistency is desired, add more water.)
