EASY SMOKED BRISKET CHILI 
1 to 2 lb. smoked beef brisket, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste (Hunts)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup spicy barbecue sauce (your choice)
1 (7 oz.) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (26 oz.) can black beans
1 cup beef broth
1 red onion, diced
barbecue seasoning or chili powder

Dump all of the ingredients in a Crock-Pot and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.

This is an awesome recipe that I made last night. The smoked brisket added a wonderful flavor and the chipotle peppers gave it a kick. Serve with some cornbread, coleslaw, and cheese for a complete meal.
