SMOKED BRISKET CHILI 
1 to 2 lb. smoked beef brisket
1 small can tomato paste
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup spicy BBQ sauce
1 small can adobe chili
1/2 of pineapple, diced
1 large can black beans
1 cup beef broth
1 red onion, diced
BBQ seasoning or chili powder

Dump all of the ingredients in the Crock-Pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Add desired amount of pineapple juice and enjoy!
