BUTTERMILK BISCUITS | |
2 c. Tube Rose flour 3 tbsp. shortening 2/3 c. buttermilk Measure flour. Add shortening. Cut or rub it into flour. Add the milk, a little at a time. Whip up the dough with heavy spoon. Roll 1/3 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet in hot oven (350 degrees) for 10 minutes. |
