GARDEN SAUTE 
1 cucumber, unpeeled and cut in chunks
2 med. onions, peeled and sliced
1 lg. green pepper, cleaned and sliced
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. broken green or yellow beans
1 lg. tomato, cut in lg. dice
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 sliced garlic cloves
Butter to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in wok or large skillet and add the sliced garlic. Cook garlic a moment and then add green beans and cook 2 minutes. Add green pepper, onions, mushrooms, and the cucumber. Stir fry until vegetables are almost tender, but still firm, about 7-8 minutes. Add chopped tomato and stir in. Turn off heat and add the butter and seasonings to taste.
