WAIKIKI MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 egg
1/4 tsp. ginger

Mix thoroughly, shape and fry meatballs about 20 minutes; drain.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
