BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Stir in dry ingredients and fold in blueberries. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. (Chopped walnuts or pecans can be added to sugar and cinnamon for variety.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
