CHINESE SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 carrot
1/2 lb. chicken meat (cooked and cut)
4 chopped green onions
2 tbsp. chopped almonds (sliced)
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (bake at 350 degrees until brown)
2 oz. maifun (rice vermicelli) (deep fry)

3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
1 tsp. Accent

Mix together.
