BOURBON SWEET POTATOES 
5 med. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 oz. bourbon whiskey
Topping

Bake sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and beat with electric mixer. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and whiskey. Mix well and place in a greased casserole.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Mix ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

This recipe is great! I arranged sliced apples to the top, sprinkled it with orange liquor. Then made a oatmeal crisp top, sprinkled over top, then baked it. OMG !!!! It was a hit at at dinner last Sunday...
