VEGETABLE CHEESE BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 can water chestnuts, drained and halved
1 can cheese soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. French fried onion rings

Cook vegetables. Drain, then to vegetables add all ingredients except onion rings. In a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole put vegetable cheese mixture and place onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
