CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
5 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 large can Pet milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vanilla
dash of salt (optional)

Mix sugar, egg yolks, flour and cocoa; add milk. Cook on medium heat until thick. Add butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts. Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1 tablespoon vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on top of pie. Brown in oven at 250°F. Let set in oven until pie won't run.
