CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter, divided
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen crab meat
Parsley to taste
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 tbsp. minced green onion

Prepare a thick white sauce by melting 3 tablespoons butter, flour, milk. Cook. Add 2 tablespoons butter with wine. Cook. Add 1 tablespoon butter with cheese. Add mushrooms, onion and sprinkling of parsley. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and crab meat. Refrigerate overnight. Place in casserole or individual baking dishes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
