POTATO CASSEROLE 
4-6 med. or lg. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
1 egg, raw
Paprika
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk

Peel potatoes, cut in chunks, cook in 3 cups of water until tender. Drain potatoes; mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, grated cheese, butter, milk and egg. Mix well. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
