RHUBARB JAM | |
5 c. finely cut rhubarb 3 c. sugar 1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello Stir together and let stand overnight. Next morning bring to a boil and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 1 package strawberry or raspberry Jello until dissolved. Put in jars and seal. Can be frozen like freezer jam. |
