RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca

Mix and set overnight. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add:

1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello

Cook until Jello is mixed well and dissolve. Makes 4 to 5 jars of jam. Tastes just like strawberry jam.
