HARVEST POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, sliced

Grease 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon mixture into baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter

In small bowl combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly. Makes 12 servings.
