FOIL WRAPPED DINNERS 
1-1 1/2 lb. beef round steak, 1/2" thick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, slightly thawed
4 med. carrots
4 med. potatoes, pared
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
8 cherry tomatoes or 2 lg. tomatoes
4 pieces heavy duty aluminum foil (18 x 15" each)

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. On center of each piece of foil, place 1 carrot, thinly sliced, 1 potato, cut into quarters and 1/4 of the meat. Stir together the onion and the mushroom soup. Spoon soup mixture over the meat and top with peas. Wrap foil securely and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 50 minutes until meat is tender. Garnish before serving with tomatoes. This can be done on a grill or campfire coals. Makes 4 servings.
