CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Combine all except 1/4 cup muffin mix. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup mix on top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until set in 9x13 inch pan or round 1 1/2 quart glass bowl.
