CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream styled corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, cut up (may want to melt it)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
4 tsp. chopped onion
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix (or corn muffin mix)

Mix all ingredients. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10.
