MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. potatoes (12 med.)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/4 c. chopped chives or parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes and mash. Beat in sour cream, soft cream cheese, butter and seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
