TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8-12 oz. wide noodles, cooked & drained
1 med. can tuna
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can creamed corn
1 can peas & carrots
1 sm. can mushroom stems & pieces
1 onion
2 stalks diced celery
1 can French fried onion rings
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Butter

Saute onions, celery and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients except onion rings, cheese and butter. Place in baking dish and top with onion rings, cheese and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until bubbly).
