1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. hamburg
1 (8 oz.) grated Mozzarella cheese
2 sm. tomatoes
1 sm. onion
1 bag nacho flavor Doritos
3/4 bottle Italian dressing
1 bottle taco sauce

Brown, drain and cool hamburg - mix all ingredients and toss. Pour on dressing and taco sauce just before serving. Yield: 10-15 servings.
