SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8 oz.) can Durkee's French Fried Onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes rice pilaf, cook as directed
Salt and white pepper to taste

TOP:

1/4 c. dry white wine
Seasoned bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in a greased casserole pan (you can use Pam). Top with seasoned crumbs and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
