LIVINGSTON SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
2 cans shelled shrimp
6 tbsp. ketchup
2 c. pre-cooked rice
Butter on top
2 c. light cream
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients, except butter, in a casserole dish and mix well. Put butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Then uncover and bake for another 1/2 hour.
